Meet our CEO
“I am not your average recruiter, because I’m not satisfied with average results.”
Scott Houle
What I do to deliver and exceed your expectations:
- Understand each candidate’s situation, and overcome objections that may lead to a rejection.
- Ensure I fully understand the requirement I am working on, and have full knowledge of the job duties.
- Spend as much time as necessary to cultivate a strong relationship with hiring managers so that we can talk open and freely about candidates without fluff or sugar coating.
